Grade Level: Adaptable to all levels K -12 National Standards Aligned to: 1,2,3,4,5,6 Equipment needed: Roll of tickets Prep: Tear off tickets and spread them out on one half of the gym floor. Allow 25 to 50 tickets per person depending on age or fitness level of the class. It is best to play upbeat music to motivate students and to start and stop the activity. Ticketmasters can be played individually or with a partner. Encourage kids to look where they want to go to make sure it is a safe pathway before they move in that direction. How to Play: Students jog from their starting point to where the tickets are. They pick up one ticket and return to the starting point where they set down the ticket and go get another ticket if playing individually or tag their teammate if playing with a partner. Repeat until all tickets are gone. Modifications: a) When playing partner style have the partner that is not retrieving a ticket perform a strength building or flexibility activity. b) When tickets are gone students can take tickets from other teams (middle school and high school levels).
