You can earn free Commit to be Fit wristbands in one of the following ways:
By submitting lesson plans to be reviewed by our evaluation team. If
your lesson is accepted and published to our pe lesson plan webpage you will be
credited one wristband. When you have earned 3 wristbands they will be
mailed to you.
Applying for and taking one of the positions available in our opportunities
section. Various tasks will be rewarded with wristbands.
The
same style as the famous yellow bands, the "Commit to be
Fit" silicone
wrist band is a constant reminder to students to exercise and the
benefits that result from it.
